Olga Vicha is a Clinical Psychology graduate of the University of Bournemouth.
She lived and worked in the UK, working in the Public Health Sector in the area of Mental Health. She specialises in psychological interventions for Mood Disorders and Pain Management.
These interventions include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Based Psychological Interventions (MBCT, MBSR) that she combines in tailoring specific therapeutic approaches for individual and group psychotherapy.
She now lives in Limassol and she is working at the Personal Development and Self-Awareness Centre Gia Tin Ithaki.
She is currently undertaking postgraduate training in Systemic Psychotherapy.
