About Maria Afrodisi Charalambous
Systemic Family Psychotherapist
Maria Afrodisi Charalambous is a Systemic Family Psychotherapist, dedicated to supporting
individuals, couples, and families.
She began her academic journey at the School of Philology, Aristotle University of
Thessaloniki, where she developed a deep interest in people, relationships, and the
dynamics that shape human life. She has trained in the Systemic Psychotherapeutic
Approach at the Center for Personal Development and Psychotherapy and in Group Therapy
through the Center for Systemic Study and Therapy of Thessaloniki.
She holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Counselling and Psychology, a Pearson-
accredited program delivered through the University of Derby, and a Master’s Degree in
Communication from the University of Leicester.
