In this program you will learn the basic principles and most common techniques of meditation. Around 15-20 minutes of daily practice is enough to enjoy the virtues and beneficial effects of meditation for both your physical and mental health. The training is completed in just two months, with weekly ninety-minute meetings at ΓΙΑ ΤΗΝ ΙΘΑΚΗ centre. Some of the basic guided meditation techniques and scenarios that you will learn are: Conscious Breathing, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Zen, Mantra, etc. In addition, small mindfulness practices will be practiced in each lesson for warming up.
